I find this a huge competitor.
Their price in their property is about the same, or near.
One thing obvious, they take nature very seriously as well.
Creating a very green environment to live in.

NUMBER TWO

Mont Kiara is a very nice itself.
But one thing weird is the website itself, looks rather economical, cheap looking.
Gave me this bad impression about it :/

The website is rather clean, and empty in sense of the design.
This Township is very beautiful and they are rather focus in nature, providing that green and relaxing area to live in.
This place is also most likely provided for the higher class people.
